About the Author
William B. Innes, Ph.D., is a retired physical chemist. He spent the majority of his career working for American Cyanamid in Stamford, Conn., where he helped develop one of the first catalysts for use in automobile catalytic converters. After leaving American Cyanamid, he relocated to Southern California, where he developed instruments for analyzing auto exhaust for pollutants.
In the context of this latter work, he became active in the public policy debate surrounding setting of automobile emission standards in California. This foray into the use and misuse of science by environmental groups and policy makers led Innes into his investigation of the global warming debate, where he delved into the process by which the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) assessed the risks and causes of climate change. 太陽系真相探討(一):地球暖化與外星生命的研究

地球暖化現象是近年來全球熱門話題，但却很少人知道，最大元凶不是溫室氣體，卻是美國掩飾了太陽系每一星球都有生命的事實與改造太陽系有關。歐洲一項新研究指出(圖一)，太陽才是地球暖化的“元凶”。因為太陽在最近幾年比過去一千年來的任何時候都燃燒得更猛烈，太陽曜光(solar flare)使地球變得越來越熱，而此一現象是人為因素所造成，也就是美國改造木星及土星計畫。這是很勁爆的話題，很少人討論，更不受重視，但與地球暖化卻可能有關。
美國為了塑造太陽系其他星球及其衛星，執行了木星與土星太陽化計畫，這就是”Lucifer Project” http://goo.gl/cgNFja ，此計畫與伽利略號(Galileo)有關。伽利略號是美國太空總署一艘用以研究木星及其衛星的無人太空船，以文藝復興時期義大利天文學家伽利略的名字命名，也是首艘圍繞木星公轉，探測其大氣的太空船。伽利略號在1989年10月18日由亞特蘭蒂斯號太空梭運送升空，任務名稱為STS-34，並於1995年12月7日接近木星。由於燃料的消耗，且在發射前並未通過無菌處理，為避免與木星衛星(木衛二)碰撞，造成污染，科學家刻意讓伽利略號撞向木星摧毀，於2003年9月21日以每秒50公里的速度墜落木星大氣層，結束長達14年的任務。
事實上伽利略號使用的燃料是鈽(plutonium)-238，這是一種會產生高熱的放射性物質，而伽利略號共載有23公斤的鈽。用載有放射物質的太空船去撞擊太陽系中行星，美国NASA也是首次嘗試。撞擊結果使得木星的氣象及環境開始發生異常，進而產生連鎖核反應。這是否有可能使木星逐漸成為第二個太陽呢？誰都無法預測！但這一撞竟意外改變了太陽系生態，也引發太陽黑子的異常活動，使地球暫時變暖，這就是”Lucifer 第一計畫” 。
最新資料顯示木星以前是一個小太陽系，並非如NASA過去對天文學及地質學家所公布的氣態結構，而是與地球一樣有固態地殼的行星。 1977年6月20日英國電視公司曾播放科幻電影”第三類選擇”。內容提到地球生態受嚴重破壞，人類將移民火星，但只有一部分人可成行。
事實上科幻都有一些科學理論基礎的，目前美國所執行的”Lucifer Project”就是”第四類選擇”，也就是改造太陽系計畫。 科學研究常會偏離一開始所預設的實驗結果， ”Lucifer Project”也是如此。當木星受到伽利略號撞擊後開始發生變化，沒想到結果是破壞了原有太陽系自然平衡，導致太陽黑子的活動異常。證據顯示這之間可能有很大關聯，是導致地球暖化的真正元凶。
所以目前(暫時性？) 地球暖化除了人為破壞地球生態之外，美國企圖改變整體太陽自然平衡與太陽系外星生命的舉動可能才是真正元凶。人類一旦違背自然可能都會自食惡果的。
筆者是台灣第一位提出地球暖化是大騙局的人, 並曾發表在2002年的科普刊物上, 並提出2013年之後北極冰層會再重現, 但當時沒有其他科學家認同。2007年美國科學家根據電腦模型預測，北極冰層可能在2013年完全融化,但最近全球主要的氣候研究中心已認為事實上全球暖化 由1997年起即已「暫停」。
依聯合國「跨政府氣候變遷小組」（ＩＰＣＣ）第五次氣候變遷評估報告草案內容，全球正邁入一段冷化時期，要到本世紀中期才會停止,2013年北極夏季因氣候較冷，使得北冰洋冰層面積不但自2012年的創歷史新低回升，而且比2012年同期大增六成，相當於增加將近一百萬平方英里，現在全世界部分重量級科學家認為，全球正邁入一段冷化時期。
事實上美國掩蓋了大陽系的真相,因為包括太陽在內所有星球都有生命,美國也拍到了太陽附近有不明飛行物,在未來這些真相將陸續解密。

美國民調公司公布最新各項陰謀論民調，結果發現有近4成美國人認為全球暖化是一場騙局，11％的人認為美國政府坐視911恐怖攻擊發生，而美國民眾因為政黨傾向，對於重大議題的看法都出現差異。
美國「公共政策民調」公布最新民調結果，在受訪的1247位具投票資格的選民中，37％認為「全球暖化是一場騙局」，51％的人則認為確實有全球暖化，20％的人則不表示意見；其中共和黨認為全球暖化是一場騙局佔58％，民主黨僅有佔11％，顯示因為兩黨政治立場，也影響到民眾本身對環境議題的分歧看法。
該公司主席戴柏南表示，「即便是很誇張的陰謀理論，都有政黨差異的影子，特別是跟政治牽扯上任何關係的議題。」另外，相信小布希政府「編造」大規模毀滅性武器為藉口，攻打伊拉克的人佔44％，其中民主黨認為政府編造理由佔72％，但相對卻有73％共和黨對「編造說」嗤之以鼻。

在這次的訪問結果中，美國人對國國內議題也出現歧見，6％的人認為賓拉登還活著，11％的人相信美國政府坐視911恐怖攻擊發生，51％的人認為甘迺迪被刺殺，有更高層級人員預謀犯案，相信僅兇手一人所為僅佔25％。
對於科技議題看法，7％認為人類根本沒有登陸月球，21％的人認為羅斯威爾飛碟墜毀事件，美國政府曾刻意隱瞞，其中認為政府隱瞞真相的人，共和黨佔27％，民主黨佔16％。
少數不受政黨因素影響看法的議題為外星人存在與否，兩黨皆認為存在的比例為28％，自來水添加 氟化物原因不單純，兩黨也各佔8％。
